Options are things that individualize a program. They
allow it to move freely around the Net, to remember
events, to recognize things, even obey commands and
converse. You may want to create (with your Referee's
approval), your own options as well.
A Note on ICON: ICONS are the visual
representation of a program in the Net. An ICON can look
like anything you want; people, monsters, objects, logos
- 'you name it Programs don't come with ICONS; they must
be created for them. Not having an ICON doesn't mean the
program can't be detected, but it does mean that it will
just appear as an indistinct shape rather than a fully
realized image.
